Quick Summary
Because all of our items are handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike — and that’s part of their charm! While we don’t offer cash refunds, we gladly provide exchanges or store credit within 30 days for eligible items.
Custom orders, sale items, and limited edition pieces are final sale.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Our Handmade Promise
Every tie dye piece from White Rabbit Studio Designs LLC is unique — color tones and patterns may vary slightly, even within the same design family. These variations are normal and celebrate the handmade nature of your item.
Most items are ready-made, and what you see in the product photo is the exact piece you’ll receive. Customers may also request custom-dyed items made to order.
Exchanges & Store Credits
We accept exchange or store credit requests within 30 days of your purchase date.
To qualify, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Include all tags and packaging
- Be requested by email or contact form
If approved:
- You may exchange once per order for a different size or another item of equal value, or receive store credit (via digital gift card/code).
- We process exchanges and credits within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.
- Shipping is free for all return and exchange shipments within the U.S.
Please note that custom-dyed orders, sale items, and limited editions are final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at wh***********************@***il.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).
Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. If approved, we will offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.
We’ll provide a shipping label at no cost.
Return Shipping & Instructions
To start an exchange or return for credit:
- Email us or use the contact form on our website.
- Once approved, we’ll send a USPS Priority Mail return label and instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it within the specified time span of receiving your label.
Please use the provided label to ensure tracking and timely delivery. Returns shipped without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Address & Delivery Options
Customers will receive the return mailing address by email after their return has been approved and confirmed. Returns are typically accepted by mail only; however, Georgia and South Carolina residents may request a local drop-off or pick-up within the designated service area. These special arrangements must be made in advance by request and may result in faster processing times.
The return address will appear only on the confirmation email and provided shipping label for privacy and security reasons.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
The credit will go to the gift recipient, not the original purchaser.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing
- Custom-dyed or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Klarna, Affirm, and Other Pay-Later Services
Orders placed through Klarna, Affirm, or similar payment plans are eligible for store credit only. Refunds will not be processed through the original payment plan.
